- Open UBER app
- Click “Where are you going?” and select a saved address or type the address of where you want to go
- Verify your pick up address is correct.
- Select the type of car you want
- Wait & Save, driver may be further, so wait time may be longer until they come, but it is discounted
- Share, like a taxi, you may have another rider with you going somewhere else .
- Uber X, a regular Uber
- Priority, a faster pickup, higher price
- Hit the black button “Choose” to call your ride
- Hit “Confirm pickup”
If you want to pre-book a future ride:
1. Follow the above steps 1-4, and instead of hitting “Choose”
2. Hit the calendar icon
3. Select a pick-up or drop-off time
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once you are assigned a driver, you have 2 minutes to cancel your ride without getting a fine.

- Hit the black button “Select” to call your ride
- Hit “Confirm and request”.
If you want to pre-book a future ride:
1. Follow the above steps 1-4, and instead of hitting “Select”
2. Hit the calendar icon that says “Schedule”
3. Select a pick-up or drop-off time
You can cancel a scheduled ride up to 1 hour before pickup time
